Jinnalee Thai Jasmine Rice is a premium variety of jasmine rice, mainly grown in the Ubon Ratchathani region of northeastern Thailand, located at 18 degrees north latitude — the world’s only natural ecological zone ideal for cultivating Hom Mali rice.
This rice belongs to the renowned KDML105 variety, a seven-time champion at the World Rice Conference. It is cultivated entirely using traditional family farming methods, relying on rainwater for irrigation and using rice straw ash to naturally return nutrients to the soil. With a growth cycle of approximately 150 days and only one harvest per year, Jinnalee rice is completely free from chemical contamination.
When cooked, Jinnalee Thai jasmine rice offers a unique texture – glutinous but not sticky, soft yet delicate, and refreshingly elastic. It’s known for its nutritional benefits, including nourishing the skin and stomach.
Suitable for fried rice, curry rice, steamed rice and porridge, etc.
Cooking tips: rice and water ratio 1:1.3; soaking for 30 minutes before cooking makes better taste; keep warm for 10 minutes after cooking before serving.
