Use this page to learn more about the change of mind return policy that applies to items fulfilled by Morris Fine Food. Our return policies do not limit other rights and remedies you may have under law such as the Australian Consumer Law, including in respect of faulty items.

Morris AU and Morris Global Change of Mind Return Policy
This policy relates to items fulfilled by Morris AU or Morris Global. Morris Global relates to purchases made on morrisfinefood.com.au that can be shipped to customers outside of Australia. This policy does not apply to items fulfilled by third party sellers, or Morris Global Store. See Seller Returns Policies or Global Store Returns Policy for more information about those returns policies. You may return most unused and unopened items fulfilled by Morris AU or Morris Global within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a full refund of the price you paid for the item if you change your mind, provided you comply with the conditions below. For change of mind returns, original shipping fees are not refunded. Return shipping fees apply to most change of mind returns. For more information on return shipping fees, please see “Shipping for change of mind returns” below.
Some items have different policies or requirements associated with them for change of mind returns. See below, under the item-specific headings, for further details. You will see specific returns information for each item you purchase in the Online Returns Centre.
To prevent fraud and misuse of this policy, Morris AU and Morris Global may also refuse to accept a change of mind return where we identify concerns with your account, or activity relating to your account, or if you are in breach of applicable laws or Morris’s Conditions of Use.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This Change of Mind Return Policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
1. Conditions applying to change of mind returns
Unless otherwise stated in this Change of Mind Return Policy, all items being returned for change of mind must be returned in the same condition in which you received the item. This means that, for change of mind returns:
New items must be returned unused, undamaged and unworn;
Items sold in Used and Renewed condition must not have any additional signs of use or damage;
All items must not be damaged, missing parts or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering;
All items must not have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery;
Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable), except for fashion items, which can be opened; see Clothing, Jewellery, Shoes and Watches section; and
All packaging and documentation (e.g. boxes, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity etc.) must be included with the item being returned for change of mind.
Morris AU is not required to accept change of mind returns on items outside the specified return window or change of mind returns of items that do not comply with this Change of Mind Returns Policy.
These conditions apply only to change of mind returns and do not apply to items that are returned because they are faulty.

2. Shipping for change of mind returns
For change of mind returns of item(s):
To determine whether your item is eligible for Free Returns, look for the “Free Returns” messaging next to the price on the detail page of an item. The Free Returns policy provides information on items eligible for Free Returns and instructions on how to ship these eligible items back to us. Please note that for change of mind returns, original shipping fees will not be refunded.
If your item is not eligible for Free Returns, you are responsible for any return shipping costs. If your item is returned using a pre-paid return option, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount ($10 for Morris AU orders, $20 for Morris Global orders). For Large items, a $50 return shipping fee will be charged for change of mind returns. Please see below for more information on returning Large Items.
3. Change of mind returns for specific categories
For change of mind returns in specific product categories, the following conditions apply:
Large Items
For select Large Items, where the order was fulfilled by Morris AU the order is returned from an address in metro Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for a home pick up and a $50 return shipping fee will be deducted from any refund for change of mind.
For other Large Items fulfilled by Morris AU and not covered by 3(a) above, we will provide a self-ship return label, but you are responsible for arranging a self-ship return and paying the return shipping cost upfront directly to your carrier of choice. You can contact Morris’s customer service to present the receipt and we will refund you the return shipping costs minus a return fee of $50.
Change of mind returns for Large Items must be initiated within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for change of mind.
Baby Items
Change of mind returns of baby items fulfilled by Morris AU will qualify for Free Returns shipping if the product detail page includes “Free Returns” messaging.
Most baby items fulfilled by Morris AU can be returned for change of mind within 90 days of delivery, unless they are non-returnable items.
Note: All baby items, including breast pumps returned for change of mind must be unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
Juice, Oats, Flour, and Cooking Oils
Change of mind returns will be accepted for Juice, Oats, Flour and Cooking Oils where the packaging has NOT been opened provided that all other conditions in the Change of Mind Returns policy are met. For example, all items must be unused, undamaged and unworn to be eligible for a change of mind return.
Morris AU offers Free Returns shipping on eligible consumable items (Juice, Oats, Flour and Cooking Oils) fulfilled by Morris AU. Look for “Free Returns” messaging next to the price on the detail page to confirm eligibility. Eligible items are to be returned for change of mind within 30 days of receipt of delivery.
All Morris Devices and accessories that are returned and for which a refund or replacement is given will become the property of Morris upon receipt.

Non-returnable Items
Certain items (such as hazardous materials, food, grocery items and pet food) are not returnable to Morris AU. A full list of non-returnable items is available here. Morris Renewed
Products on Morris Renewed come with a minimum twelve-month warranty, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The provider of the warranty varies depending on the product. Please see Morris Renewed to learn more.
4. Excluded from Change of Mind Returns
Please choose carefully as the following items are not eligible for change of mind returns (except as required by law):
Items that can’t be returned: Items listed on this help page are not eligible for change of mind returns. If any of these excluded items are faulty, please see our Returning Faulty Items help page for more information.
Gift Cards: Gift Cards are not returnable for change of mind after purchase (except as required by law). For more information about Gift Card limitations, see Morris.com.au Gift Card Terms & Conditions.
Gift wrapping costs.
Products received under the Morris Promo program. If any items are faulty, please reach out via the ‘Contact Us’ link in the Morris Vine portal.

5. Morris Global Refunds
Morris Global items can take several days to reach us once you ship them. The amount will be refunded in Australian Dollars and is according to the conversion rate at the time the refund was issued. See Refunds and Morris Global International Returns for details.
6. Removal of Personal Data
If you return items in which you’ve saved personal information, you must erase this information completely before sending the product back to us. Please also ensure that you have logged out of any account on the device (such as cloud accounts) before returning the device. You will be fully responsible for any data breach that may occur if you fail to do so.
You may be eligible for a remedy in respect of faulty goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law, which are additional to your rights under this Change of Mind Policy. Please Contact Us so we can determine if you are eligible for a remedy. You can request a phone call or instantly chat with us by clicking the above “Contact us” link and selecting “Something else” and then “Contact Us”.
Seller Return Policies
For items ordered on morrisfinefood.com.au from a third-party seller that fulfils and ships its own inventory, any returns will be in accordance with the returns policy set by that seller (not the Morris AU and Morris Global returns policies). Whilst sellers are expected to offer a returns policy equivalent to Morris AU, seller returns policies may vary. Please see Third-Party Seller Returns & Refunds for details on Seller returns policies. Seller returns policies do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any rights you may have in respect of faulty items.
