Refund and Return Policy

  1. Your satisfaction is our highest priority, so if you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, our products or your order please make contact with us so that we can resolve your issues. Simply drop us a line at info@morrisfinefood.com explaining your concerns within 28 Days after placing your order. If the item is to be returned, it can be sent to: 2/9 McGowan St Pooraka SA 5095. Please make contact prior to organising return shipping as we may simply ask for photographic evidence of the product fault, defect or damage.
  2. Due to Health & Safety regulations, we are unable to offer returns or exchange on food which were ordered erroneously or change of mind or taste dissatisfaction. If any stock delivered to you is faulty or arrives in an unusable condition, please contact us immediately.
  3. If your order was damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We can organise a refund or replacement when deemed appropriate. Give us the opportunity to discuss your concerns and resolve them. We only replace items that are deemed defective or damaged. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement item to reach you will vary.

  8. Speedy processing and dispatch of orders is a high priority for us. Orders are dispatched most weekdays with same-day or next-business- day dispatch on orders placed through our website. However, on occasions, we reserve the right to dispatch at 48-hour intervals.
  9. Morris fine food will endeavour to ensure that all goods ordered by you are supplied to you. However, please be aware that our inventory can fluctuate due to sales demand, so an item indicated as “stocked” when you place your order may, in fact, be out of stock. Unfortunately, we cannot split orders, so in this event, we will make every effort to contact you by email or phone immediately to notify you of the lead time for your order to be filled and dispatched
