Jinnalee Thai Hom Mali Rice – 5KG

Jinnalee Thai Hom Mali Rice is a special variety grown in Thailand’s unique ecological area at 18 degrees north latitude. It’s cultivated using traditional methods, relying on rainwater and rice stalk ash fertilizer, resulting in a single harvest per year without chemical contamination. This rice, belonging to the KDML105 variety, is a 7-time champion at the World Rice Conference.

When cooked, Jinnalee Hom Mali rice offers a unique texture – glutinous but not sticky, soft yet delicate, and refreshingly elastic. It’s known for its nutritional benefits, including nourishing the skin and stomach.

For optimal results, use a 1:1.3 rice-to-water ratio and soak the rice for 30 minutes before cooking. After cooking, let the rice rest for 10 minutes before serving.
