Jinnalee THAI HOM MALI RICE is a special variety mainly grown in the Ubon Ratchathani region in northeastern Thailand. It is grown using traditional methods, relying on rainwater and rice straw ash for fertilization, with a growth cycle of about 150 days, harvested once a year, and free from chemical pollution. This rice belongs to the KDML105 variety and has won the World Rice Congress championship seven times at the World Rice Conference.
When cooked, Jinnalee Hom Mali rice offers a unique texture – glutinous but not sticky, soft yet delicate, and refreshingly elastic. It’s known for its nutritional benefits, including nourishing the skin and stomach.
For optimal results, add 1 cup of rice and1 cup of water until boiling and cook until finish and warm up 10-15 mins before serving.
Suitable for fried rice, curry rice, steamed rice and porridge, etc.
